
Aire opened its doors at the end of 2006. The restaurant is aimed by two men with serious experiences and disposed to reflect in their cuisine the influence of the Argentinean coastal region. Their gastronomy is also inspired by Catalan and Basque cuisine, with a certain modernity and youth.
Pintxos, pica pica, montaditos, croquetas of serrano, tortilla of red onion and blue cheese, rabbit with chives and honey are served as "Appetizer".
As first course, they offer crayfishes with garlic, "Tempura" in vegetables and salmons or pumpkin’s soup with "Bondiola".
Among the main courses, still about « air, earth and water », they have Mesopotamian lamb prepared and served with manioc, Muscovy duck with acidic jam of grapefruit., wild salmon roasted in "Sanfaina" and trimmed with a dust of dry fruits or « lomitos de pacú en panceta » with lenses and oranges of Chajarí.
As desserts, they offer a delicate tiramisu served in cup, "Toquecito" with “dulce de leche”, chocolate ravioli, pear jam…
Classical and new wines, nice music which can be heard without becoming intrusive and a good value for money.
