To sit down for a lunch or to have dinner in Casa Blanca is to enjoy a culinary offer based on an elegant selection of first courses, Argentine meat prepared especially for the grill, pasta and dishes made with a particular attention. In his wide 160 m2 (complete capacity of 80 place settings), Casa Blanca differs also for his relaxant ambience in white and wood ; the particular attention brought to his customers, his parrilla and kitchen opened on the room. But also with his nice patio and the appetizing smells which come from the oven crowning the place and allowing the baking of succulent small breads.

Casa Blanca is supervised by the restaurateur Mariano Ambrosini, chef formed within the BUE Trainers. It developed its knowledge in "Cabañas Las Lilas" and now in this family place.
